A few weeks ago, while walking by an established junk-selling, street vendor, we met a “Child of the Storm”, or a young Katrina refugee. The boy had given the junk vendor a coloring-book titled, “Pack, Board Up, and Boogie!” He explained that teachers had handed these books out to kids before Katrina hit. I included some of the pages that are now, in retrospect, incredibly eerie.

Awesome song created by Main Sequence for my birthday last year. He mixed in English as a Second Languange tapes, including a lot of hilarious, classically useless sentences like, “I’m unlocking something”. I’ll give you $1 if you’ve ever said that. No wonder English is such a hard language to learn!

A friend of mine looks just like the Crown Prince of Norway, Haakon Magnus. I don’t know how this was discovered, but the likeness suggests they were twins separated at birth. If I were Andrew I would propose to be a PR stand-in for HRH. He could dress up in a Norwegian bunad and wave from floats in parades or join the Sons of Norway in some folk dancing at the Norsk Lodge #14.

There are 8 photos of Andrew and 7 photos of the prince in this picture. Who’s who?

The shades on the left, modeled by Kris, I believe are from Burgerville. When you stare at a light bulb, a snow man shape appears around the bulb. So when you stare at a Christmas tree, there are hundreds of floating snowmen. We tried to find the biggest bulb in order to make a gigantic killer snowman, building a big bonfire would have worked well too.
The shades on the right, modeled by Erin, are highly stealthy spy glasses (except for the fact that they look like spy glasses) because they allow you to see behind you. With mirrors on the insides, you can quickly give yourself a migraine trying to fix one eye on the mirror while keeping the other eye looking ahead.
